Book Returns Policy

Customers must contact angiesporch@protonmail.com within 5 days of delivery about any issues. Approved returns must be shipped within 15 days of delivery, with a dated shipping receipt and tracking number provided as proof.

Signed books are eligible for return or refund only if they arrive damaged or materially differ from the product description. Damage caused after delivery, including damage from handling, children, or pets, is not eligible for return.

Books personalized with a dedication are final sale and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Every order is photographed before shipment to document its condition and packaging. Carrier delays are outside our control. For damage claims, please retain the packaging and provide photos of the damage.

This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
