Fair Shipping Promise
If the shipping amount you pay at checkout exceeds the actual postage plus packaging costs by more than $1.00, I’ll refund that difference after your order ships. Smaller differences help cover labels, handling, and trips to the post office.
Combining items into one package can sometimes save a few dollars, and I’m happy to pass those savings back to you.

Shipping Schedule
Regular orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Regular orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday will ship the following Wednesday. Ready-to-ship regular orders are prepared in the order received.
Paid expedited orders receive priority and are an exception to the regular shipping schedule. Carrier transit times begin when the package ships.
Preorders ship after the books arrive and have been signed and packed. Selecting expedited shipping does not make preorder stock arrive sooner.
